Balsam Lake Trailer Park and Marina

Balsam Lake Trailer Park (BLTP) sits on 36 acres of parkland, hosting 138 campsites of various sizes, on or off the water. We take pride in offering campers a clean, well maintained and manicured property to enjoy all season long.

 

Those who own their boat can enjoy having their craft ready and waiting in the water at one of the 140 boat slips available.

 

Pets are welcome, although we insist they are kept quiet and remain on a leash while visiting the park. Owners are expected to clean up after their pets.

 

Our water is drawn from an onsite well, which is treated and tested regularly to ensure it is always fresh and safe to drink.

 

Clean washrooms and showers are available to guests throughout the season.  

 

Along with three horseshoe pits and park areas, BLTP has a large, above-ground pool for residents to cool off on hot summer days.
